Rationale |
That continued rule of
‘the haves’ since 1947, frequent military interventions,
fragile political structures, anti-labour laws and
paucity of resources have caused losses to trade unions. To repair the
situation some local trade unionists in cooperation with like-minded
trade unions in advanced countries formed the Education Foundation in
1993. Re-named as Labour Education Foundation (LEF) in 2004. |
