Two Days Training Workshop "Capacity Building" Organized by LEF in Lahore

Capacity building training workshop was organized in Lahore on 18-19 Sep 2019 in Hotel Pak Heritage. This training was organized for union leadership from district committees of Pakistan Bhatta Mazdoor Union (PBMU) in Lahore. PBMU is a registered union at Punjab provincial level. 28 leaders from different areas of the district participate in this workshops. They were trained on topics of understanding of socio-economic situation, labour laws and labour rights, unionism, team building, organizing strategies and gender equality. One of the session in this training was conducted by LEF’s staff while trainers from trade unions or other organizations were engaged for some sessions.  Participants of this training were active members of union with aim to promote them as local leaders with mobility possibilities.
