Two Days Training "Occupational Safety and Health" Organized by LEF in Lahore

Labour Education Foundation has arranged two days training workshop on Occupational Safety & Health for Brick Kiln workers from three districts Lahore, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib on September 14-15, 2019 in Pak Heritage Hotel, Lahore. Dr Huma Tabassum was the resource person for training and 27 brick kiln workers were attended. In two day workshop, topics relevant to health and safety were covered through presentation, group activities and informative videos through multi-media. The participants of the training were also provided first aid tool kits with the message to spread the OSH information to other brick kiln workers for further awareness and advocacy. The level of participants were also evaluated before and after the training to measure their level of understanding and for further improvements in this regard as well.
