Two Days Training Workshop "Leadership and Institutional Development" Organized by LEF in Lahore

Selected leaders from district and local areas’ committees of PBMU from Lahore, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib was invited in leadership and institutional development training workshops was organized in Lahore on 28-29 Jan 2019 in Hotel Pak Heritage Lahore. This training was an effort to build collective leadership of the union. Topics of this workshop was socio-economic situation, labour laws and labour rights, unionism, team building, organizing strategies, internal democracy, importance of women leadership, finance handling and record keeping. In this workshop total 30 persons participated.
